Staff were so obliging and helpful. Iban and Alex are A+++ employees. I had an executive room. The bed and pillows were just so comfortable. Spacious room with temperature control You didn’t need a degree in physics to work out. Hotel is within easy access to transport and an Aldi Suisse (just an easy short walk). In room coffee and tea maker and free wifi that works well. Highly recommended

The staff were super accommodating - they changed my room (which a problem with its Airco unit) and moved my belongings to another room no problems. There is a free shuttle from the airport and flavoured water on offer in the lobby area. Kettle and coffee machine in room was great to have.

I got what I hoped for. I have known the hotel for a long time. Good and fast connections to the airport by shuttle bus. I fill me comfortable! I also use the fitness and sauna facilities. You can enjoy a meal in the restaurant, have a drink at the bar... I'm sure the breakfasts are also good, although I never eat breakfast. But a morning cup of coffee is always appreciated , before my early departure.

Staff are all very good, trying to answer and resolve the questions that we have during this stay. The bed is very comfortable. Nearby the airport with shuttle, also convinent to go the city center by bus or train. Any charged item is clearly stated in the message from the hotel before you arrive or in the room durinh your stay.

We had a flight cancellation so I booked via Booking.com. The rooms for our family were very nice. Amazingly dark for a good nights sleep. Clean and quiet.

Facility of Executive Lounge Included in the per night booking is wonderful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Shuttle service to hotels is very convenient.

Always clean, friendly, and convenient to the airport, but for me the best part is the amount of beautiful (and safe) trails just behind the hotel, with fields, woods, a village, and just the right amount of walkers, horse riders to feel 100% safe. Perfect to exercise and get some air in between two travel days.

There is a shuttle that runs about every 30 minutes. I had to drop my rental off and I rode the shuttle back from the airport to the hotel.
